When and Where We
Meet
Each month IRC sponsors a General Membership Meeting. We
teach on topics of interest to the real estate investing
industry and specific topics requested by the membership.
General Membership Meetings are free to paid
IRC members and to first time guests, and for $20 for second
time guests.
Our Main meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday
each month.

The IRC General Membership Meetings
starts promptly at
5:30 pm and ends at approximately 9 pm. The format
includes members telling how they did their latest deal. There
is networking time both before and after the meeting.
IRC provides a number of Special Interest Group (S I
G) meetings around town each month conducted by outstanding
IRC members. Locations and time are in the newsletter as
well as this site.
Seminars and Workshops are conducted at various times and
locations around Central Florida. Be sure to check the calendar
listing for the exact time, place and cost for attendance..
