Monthly Main Meetings

Each Month, IRC sponsors local and national speakers to speak on topics of interest to our membership. The General Membership Meetings are free to our paid members. Guests are free for their first meeting. After their first they may join or continue to attend at $20 per meeting. Members pay a reduced price for Workshops; (some workshops are free to members), guests and non-members pay full price. Some events are open only to Members.

Special Interest Group (S I G) Meetings

Every week I R C has at least one S I G meeting covering a specific high interest topic. These meetings are smaller intimate gatherings lead by a well experienced investing professional. There is no charge for members.

Seminars

Each month I R C conducts a seminar on the top topic for the membership. These are usually full day seminars and are on the weekend. At times I R C participates with other organizations and the educational opportunity may be several days. There is usually a charge.

Blue Jean Bus Trips

Several times each year I R C conducts a 2 & ½ day training session that takes a new investor to experienced in one weekend. It includes training on the contracts, finding, evaluating, acquiring, rehabbing, and marketing your new property. The Training includes at least a half day bus trip in the field seeing properties and learning how to evaluate a property in a few minutes. This is such a great learning experience that many members repeat many times. There is a charge for the weekend course.
This is actual field training to supplement the weekly training.
