2012 Is the Year to Profit from the Banks' Mistakes!
Well here we are, the start of another year. What opportunities will 2012 hold for real estate investors and professionals? Is wholesaling the way to go? Buy, fix and flip? Buy and hold? REO’s? Auctions? Tax deeds? Short sales? Well, one thing is for sure, the market is constantly changing and
you need to know what the current playing field looks like, or you may lose opportunities, or worse yet, get clobbered. Enter IRC. I know of no better place to get all of the information you need to make informed investment decisions than here. Not only are we fortunate to have a vast wealth of knowledge within our group, but so very fortunate that the people that have the knowledge are willing to share it with you!
For those of you that I have not had the privilege of meeting, please allow me a brief introduction. I am an entrepreneur with over 35 years of business ownership experience and I’m entering my third year as a member of the board of directors of IRC. I am an investor and an author. I
speak nationally, when my schedule allows, on the subjects of selling homes in 7 days for top dollar, and over the past several years on foreclosure defense and litigation. I am the national spokesperson for the Foreclosure Rescue Foundation, a nonprofit organization that assists homeowners in or facing foreclosure and currently consult with several of you on how to defend your properties against improper bank seizures.
What most of you that know me probably don’t know is that I now have a network of foreclosure litigation attorneys in 34 states, and I host weekly training sessions with these attorneys on strategies and tactics and how to best defend homeowners and take advantage of the banks’
mistakes. I also host an FTP site online where these attorneys exchange motions, pleadings, filings and other information so that they can benefit from each other’s experiences and learn at an accelerated rate. Knowledge is power.
I also teach attorneys and investors how to benefit financially from the banks’ mistakes. It’s not hard, but you need to know what the playing
field looks like…and most importantly, how to play the game.
In November 2010, I had the privilege of addressing the group and spoke about how lenders in this country were taking advantage of homeowners. I talked about how 95% of the foreclosure filings were defective and how approximately 85% of the foreclosure filings were fraudulent. I spoke about how your properties had been insured against default without your knowledge and how banks were making a fortune when you did default. It was somewhat controversial and in some cases some of you thought unbelievable. The banks would never do anything to take advantage of their customers. Yeah right. Well, in the past year we have had the robo signing scandal come to light via the 60 Minutes
program. Forged documents. Foreclosure mills being investigated and eventually put out of business. Attorneys’ general across the US uniting to stop the epidemic of fraudulent foreclosure filings across the country. Recently the state of Massachusetts voided all of the foreclosures in their
state over the past 5 years! Trustees conducting fraudulent home foreclosure sales in Nevada now face felony charges! The list goes on. I’m not going to say I told you so…but I told you so. At the end of my presentation, I gave my fellow investors the opportunity to take advantage of this situation and offered an opportunity to work with me to profit from the banks’ mistakes. Many of you took me up on my offer and not only made a nice profit introducing homeowners to us, but also now enjoy a passive monthly income stream. That was then, this is now.
The playing field has changed again, and will continue to change. Although the opportunities to profit utilizing foreclosure litigation still exists this year as it did last year, new advances in foreclosure litigation techniques as well as specialized legal maneuvers now present the opportunity to create a massive amount of income in a very short period of time. I’m not talking 10K to 20K per deal but 100K plus deals, with minimal
investments! The risks, in my view, are minor. The rewards are incredible.
To your great success!
