The Investors Resource Center, LLC (I R C) was created
in 2003 by a unique handful of successful real estate investors
with nearly a hundred years of investing experience. They also
brought over 70 years of real estate association creation and
management experience. Their purpose was, and still is, to help
provide a total educational experience and help provide a clear
path to wealth and a better life.
As the as IRC developed a number of other real estate
investors around the country saw the growth and service
that
IRC
 was doing and decided to join our network. A network of
9 clubs were established around the country. They included
Atlanta, Dallas, LA, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle. These
groups follow the IRC concept of providing outstanding
education and service to the members, the community and the
industry.
IRC is a local affiliate of the National Real Estate
Investor’s Association (N a R E I A) NaREIA is comprised
of hundreds of associations around the country. IRC has
members from diverse backgrounds, educational levels, and
experience levels. IRC was awarded the national honor of
being the 2008 winner of Honor of Merit for Midsize Clubs: 1)
Print Communication, 2) Membership, 3) Electronic
Communications, and 4) Community Service. IRC is humbled
by the national honors and proud to be the first to receive the
top award in four categories in one year.
IRC instituted an outstanding educational experience in
its first year with its annual December Round Table Experience.
IRC brings in a dozen professionals that move from table
to table giving each member an opportunity to ask all of their
questions in each area of the industry.
Community Service is very important to our members. IRC
with help of many national speakers and local organizations
generated over $67,000 in revenue that went to establish new
housing for an orphanage in Haiti. IRC is proud to have
continually participated in the Marine “Toys for Tots” program
for many years. Several IRC members sponsored a Santa
Claus visit delivered by Fire Truck to 75 disadvantaged children
in a low income apartment complex.
Our assets are our members whom are happy to help new, as well
as, experienced investor reach their goals and keep their
talents honed. Our greatest achievements are clear: they are the
many successes of our members.
